The human aspect of running a business has to flow through everything for me. It's like how is it going to make our customers feel on a human one to one level? Like, no, what is this one person's experience? And that's hard because you have difficult customer situations and things where it would be much easier to send an auto reply or kind of wash over this thing. We need to keep that as part of it. Cause it's actually pretty a, it's a big thing, but it's a small thing that operates through every single decision making process that we can do.
