I think if you want to make sustainable behavior changes to your attitude towards your sessions, you have to recognize that you have to dial the dosage and control the dosage on a regular basis of your intensity volume. What you're doing to honor not having it feel like torture. It's the same thing with diet too. I know exactly some tools to put in place, like lowering the intensity, lowering the volume so I can get done what I want to get done in a timeframe that honors where I'm at in that moment. And I know that it's more important for me to modify the plan than to stick with the plan because I'm going to prioritize my state of mental, psych and motivation
