How to Land Clients and Scale Fast

A lot of times we put a lot of pressure on ourselves early in the agency to land clients through cold outreach. To add that many clients and that much revenue, you've got to have build the team and build some processes. I prefer the in-house content team, fulfillment team. It's you control your quality. You can test and move on a dime. Having your own team has allowed us to grow so fast over just the last six months even.
