The Four Needs of Followers
It was a fun process, especially for themes I didn't have like consistency really low. Sometimes I would pick people's minds if they had that theme really high just to see, am I on the right track? What else might you add in? And so I'd be on Microsoft Teams pinging people. One of the surprises, we didn't write this in, but it was immediately apparent in the very first one: incorporating the four needs of followers out of our strengths based leadership work. That's older work and not separated from our current leadership stuff, but it's in a different era, so to speak.
