I think we forget to make the decision sometimes, right? So people tell me like, you know, when I think about these problems, I like just I'm thinking about them all the time. And so there's kind of a value to isolating the sets of decisions that are important or setting up some framework. There's another important part of the book, which is not about the four F's but what they call the big picture. Can you explain what that is? The idea was to encourage people to look at their day and figure out what were the three most important pieces of their life in terms of how it could be improved.
