Do I Have a Right to Same Sex Marriage or Contraception?
Blake: Alido is basically saying, wait, alido's not cast i doubt, but i am. He says that you cannot locate the underlying right in substantive due process. And so therefore, if you're going to locate a right to same sex marriage or contraception, it has to be in a different provision than the fourteenth amendment. Blake: That makes no sense and as i wrote in politico, what should have all been written was about starry decisis rather than trying to distinguish through potential life.
