Working in New York City as a UX Researcher

There is kind of no such thing as a typical day. It's so varied. The team that I work on in the mayor's office of the chief technology officer, we're a pretty small team. So my work really runs the full gambit of design work from planning and running discovery research to creating prototypes and testing prototypes.
