The Effects of Body Fat on the Midsection

I used to think that I have like the worst body fat distribution in the world But now I'm noticing that it's actually probably pretty good because my midsection comes out pretty decent just like, you know. You don't notice yourself getting leaner when your body weight keeps going down and then  you're losing fat from everywhere else. For me, it's always been um sort of quads and hamstrings at the last place to go but Yeah, no, I don't really have an answer for you there man. If you if you have more muscle mass on you things are going to look better at a higher body fat percentage too.
