Stickyness is the justification of a feeling. If I am feeling sad because something happened, then, you know, I am justified to feel sad. And so I was listening out for the knots that make it harder for that to move through and as you said, seemed like the justification was a key kind of not or stickiness. One of the things I have in mind and doing act is the psychological flexibility. We're interested in the places where we get rigid. And what is the not and what's contributing to it and what processes need to be applied to sort of, you could say massage out and get things moving again.
