The Importance of Monitoring and Measuring Changes
If you're not measuring it, and if you always are relying on a complete A.B. test where you have to first come up with the hypothesis, then you have to build the variants out. I 100% agree with this. Monitoring and measurement is such a core discipline and important element to any change that you make to the product. It's kind of when, you know, one of those is that what you measure may be different for different countries, cultures, and so on and so forth.
