Chewy is doing a good job in terms of customers satisfaction. What chewy really needs to do is to get fulfilment right and to keep investing in their logistics and distribution, infr structure. The rest of the model looks like it's in place. They're never going to have super high gross margins, but they've got the customer loyalty that increasing spend will help.
