Pace: A lot of those sellers, because we've been negotiating a property right now for one of our businesses to commercial building, the seller is interesting. He's like, I don't know what I'm going to do with the money when I sell the property. Pace says he finds a lot of brokers don't understand creative finance and they lie to you as the investor. Terrible agents make it so challenging that I actually love working with them.
