The Problem With the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank
Is it the way in which they're constructed? Or is it the membership that's the problem? I was saying some people seem to be in Pakistan, that they're not tough enough in some ways with these countries. Well, when you look at the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank, you have to remember that they both represent the power of the United States. And so there are a lot of change that need to take place there to show that it really is representative of the countries,. That it's meant to be helping.
