And then similarly upstream, there's all sorts of digital connectivity to customers because they're coming through an API connection. So how do I make sure that all of my customer interactions,. all of my data, all of my extended supply chain across that entire ecosystem is protected equivalently? "You can't drop a whole tool over that entire environment," he says.
