If i don't do all these things, i just don't sleep as well. It's likeit you're actually giving yourself a label. Melitonin should ideally be reserved only for jet leg situations or for shift workers. To begin with, the we kind of forgot sleep is supposed to be natural. We went to sleep a hundred years ago without edibles. I believe it ar not. But when you need something to do something that should be natural, then you are doing nothing more than managing a symptom.
