Post says figuring out a way to test a belief with an organized, rigorous, repeatable experiment is certainly a good thing. But it should not raise the beliefs rational probability in advance of the experiment succeeding, he writes. Post also points to the fact that humans have an equal split of male and female as well as people being born into different groups. He says if faith is a true religious adaptation, I don't see why group selection could have been so puzzling.
