Is the Guide Line Good or Bad?

Clinician should consider who put guide line together, what group, what perspective. There are still very prominent medical societies that use the old process to do guide lines and therefore their guidelines are not as trustworthy as they could be. The first step of a guide line is the first step of any study, which is framing the question. And so just as you would want the intervention specified, you want the comperitor well specified. With respect to outcomes, are they considering everything that is important? Are th considering not only the benefits, but all the potential adverse effects and perhaps issues of patient burdenWhich comes with many treatments.
