The Fed obviously has been raising rates and mortgage rates have really spiked. I'm wondering if now what's happening is that home buying has become unaffordable for a lot of people who were maybe optimistic until last year about buying home. And so whether that's going to lead to at least resilient demand for single family rentals and for your products in particular, because it is a little bit more resistant to rising mortgage rates. If anything, it might even be sending some folks to you to single family renters and away from buying.
