The Hidden Costs of Growing So Quickly

Hiring people is literally the hot, like the worst thing in the world. It's basically just demonstrating that you're doing your job wrong. Hiring good people is expensive and it's really tiring and it's not something that I particularly enjoy. We take a lot longer to hire and we do fire relatively fast as well if it doesn't work out. But we also don't like firing people.
