Do SGLT2s Work for Heart Failure?
The study is not looking at mortality or heart failure, rehospitalization. What you're looking at is decongestion. I don't think it reduces the validity of the findings in this case. We do have acute decomposed heart failure data now with SGLT2 inhibitors. It's pretty impressive. That stuff works even for decongested patients. But although it's conflicted, right? One study showed that it was predominantly an ocarina recess because of glycosuria. Another study showed that there's increased nature recess because of improved diuretic efficiency.
