The Importance of Humility in Engagement

I think the same thing is true with arrogance and several other aspects of yourself because to your point, like me too. I was definitely far more cocky when I just sold some software at 18 then realized that that's a very ineffective way to engage with others. They want to work with somebody who's, you know, humble outcome driven trying to get the teams who it's just nation. Yeah, that seems to be a theme.
