What Is Process Resistance?

A big part of it, as i actually conduct my sessions very similar to how we've been conducting intenses. We address the process resistance and making sure they want to do the work. And with an intensive we just have so much time to practise skills over and over again. It's a just tremendous amount of time that you can spend practising one specific skill to get really good at it. So i think overall, the intensive is just such an amazing model. And i've seen people recover so much more quickly than just a traditional 50 minute session.
