The Number One Thing in a Successful Start Up Is Communication
The number one thing in having a successful start up is having open communication on all levels of your staff and management. We've kind of dissolved the hierarchy approach as far as how information gets to the owners of the company, and we've created no channels for anybody to bring things up as needed while getting things started up. And that's been probably the biggest lesson that i've learned, it's just to constantly communicate a try not to mike or manage. Ah, but that also high lights, like why your corp team has to be really in in a high level of communication about every little detail.
