The Importance of Regulation in Technology

I think one of the things that people quite often talk to me about is the fact that because we've got an area of technology that is developing, it's not at this stage of maturity yet. The whole concept of regulation policy managing of how it goes forward is yet also to develop. Most people I know feel there needs to be regulation, right? Like even especially people working on technology tend to want some regulation.
