Jimmy sangter deserves so much more credit for all this stuff than he sometimes gets. I'm afraid we don't see actors like these guys any more. The other interesting thing about hammer, i think, is that it does nto skew towards slightly, sort of slightly older men,. Like a lot of our leading characters a sort of men in their forties upwards a lot of the time. But tat love lot of these movies. And when they try to get me as riten d 72 wich again, i love them too. Youno, yes, it's a brilliant bit of writing. It's fantastic now, but you know what? None of them spoke like that
