At this stage, the organization uses various metrics to control different processes and identify areas that might need improvement. Now what's interesting at these lower stages is that you can start to see how the level of maturity can impact other teams. The operational maturity of every team has to be aligned so that we're all operating at the same level. This is where processes are continually improved. But at this stage, you've got everything documented and standardized. It's consistent, but you don't stop there.
