Is There a Pandemic?

All the extra death events that occur can be explained in terms of society re structuring and big things that are happening in society, such as the second world war. So it is a phantasy to be talking pandemics when we know that the the politics and the social movements and the re structuring in society and the economic influences are what determined mortality.
