I think for women as well, it's what I often see anyway is a woman who decides to fast or keto or weight train or she's on some type of weight loss or hormonal balancing journey. And so I love the idea of this like minimum effect of dose. Like if a 10 out of 10 for you is working out six days a week and one of those days is cardio or hit training and then the other four or five or even less than that. Maybe four days training, you know, two days off, whatever it is. What's the one look like? What's the two look like? And then kind of think about scaling up from there.
