The Blockchain Solution to the Putin Declaration of War

I worry that it's always easier to break things and fix them. But maybe there are people who could have something like monopoly power on the most powerful AIs. We'll have an arms race between malicious use of AI and the benign use. This can be magnified with what are the less talked about tools in generative AI, which is the mass production of seemingly independent websites. If a photorealistic image of Putin declaring nuclear war in the United States popped up tomorrow, I think our instincts would really be challenged there. It's really hard to know whether that'll happen, but it wax optimistically momentarily.
