When we make decisions, i'm always trying to reverse engineer how does this company become big? And in most cases, the business model is sort of the big input um into figuring out. Not every great business model works at small scale. There's some that work much better when you have more people on the platform or more users in usage. But it kind of helps me guide where you're going. Without a conversation about the business model, it's really hard for me to understand where a companyis going to spend their time....
