The UK is the other country I spent a little bit of time looking at. And the UK is doing a much better job than we are. About 0.6% of the British population says that long COVID is interfering with their daily activities a lot. The comparable number in the US would be about 2 million people. So there's no reason to expect that your two to 4 million ranges is out of whack.
