B B C Complaints - What Would You Like to Say to Us?
Research shows that many people in the u.k. think of complaining, but don't complain because they don't know how to complain. Offcome as only dealt with two complaints since 20 19 - and they didn't concern youripartiality or media bias. The issue is lack of knowledge. And by the way, in general, they approve of bebsy first as the right way er to deal with complaints.
