The semantic layer is an abstraction of the logic, so it can be used by a lot of users. The person responsible for preparing and like, surfacing the data to the end user is the one who should ultimately be responsible for defining the metrics on top of those normalized tables. At much smaller companies, it's kind of, you know, end to end, it's the same person who's expected to integrate with like, how do i pull data out a sales force?
