How Will the Rule Be Enforced?

School is a place that we didn't use to let people do this, and they use it now all the time. Maybe you don't want em using at the dinner table. Don't take phones away or shut em down unless there's a clear connection to the ethics manual. People get mad because they don't like somebody's dating partner and take their phone away. That's just a great way to have a big fight and not convey any meaningful messages.
