The Importance of Good Judgment
I do precisely none. It's one of the things that makes me so uncomfortable when people talk about this is your last year, it was my first full year in the team. The idea that a single person is the architect of a car is just around nonsense. I clearly have a voice, but I'm one voice amongst many experienced engineers. And only when there is just no obvious direction emerging that we can coalesce around, and I, do I actually end up having to say, okay, enough, we're going to do this.
