Is There a Culture of Entitlement?

Lobster, purple lips and purpleness are manufactured symbols of royal status. It's a dog eatin a snail's arse on a beach - what's so fancy about that? And then you've the colonizers in massachusetts, takin the land from native americans,. filling it up with irish, indentured servants. They're just there to serve entitlement and evil, essentially. But not necessarily if the culture doesn't have a culture of entitlement.
