Technical Interview Questions

Spaci: I don't think this is a good way to evaluate people. If somebody flubs this question, i don't if somebody flubs any technical interview question, i do not think i would hold it against him. This might be in effective way to determine that they're good. But for me, like, the way that somebody answers this question is not going to convince me that they shouldn't work at the company. It might o, the answer is, they should, but there's no level, you have no expectation, basically.
