And when you let go of the worry, your performance goes up. We know this in sports, right? It's kind of a common thing in sports,. Some players are really good. There's tons of stress. But some players, the're just, they're always calm. Th th rite the stars, even with huge stress, they don't get afraid, they stay calm, and they still do a great job. Those are usually the big stars.
