Is There a Meaningless Universe?
Richard: I would love, in a way, the theory of everything to understand everything. But on the other hand there'd be a certain sort of feeling of emptiness. And i don't get the feeling of emptin, as many people do,. thinking that we live in a lonely universe. He says he's worried about things which are happening over a much longer time scale than those such as climate change. Richard asks Richard if you have any thoughts about how we are able to evolve so quickly and yet it takes an awful long time for us to become interplanetary species. The pair then go into their own worlds - but they're not going anywhere soon.
