Introduction

This is the same dude, right? He's like, he lived above me for a year. I don't really know where he is now. But basically it's this guy. He's got some kind of mental illness, so it's really unfortunate. The result is that he's also, I think they're trying to evict him. And essentially, a few days ago, the straw that broke the camel's back moment happened where he literally set his personal unit on fire entirely and just came out and sued.
