The Education Rate - Is It a Good Idea?

The e rate programme is basically the f c cs primary programm when it comes to connecting schools and students to the inner net. When i talk to school districts in even urban cities like san antonio, ther are kids with their parents driving to buses parked around the city every night to hook up their computers. If you have a chrome book, you need to have an inter net connection to even use it, most of the time. So that's what this programme was intended to do. The bill would bolster the erate ro with billions of dollars to kind of get kids in schools connected....
