The Free Economy and the Govapoli System
Since 1913, when we had the Fed, you'll see the free economy isn't really free to function anymore. There used to be a limit to government growth and the govapoli system. That limit was that they would have to tax people in order to fund the, fund the government but they don't have to do that anymore. They can either, you can say they can print out money or get a line of credit or whatever. Basically they can spend money before they tax.
