How to Apply Eyeliner
You don't have to have the highest quality of brushes, but there's a few basic shapes that you need for lid and brow bone. Those basic shapes will get you most of the way with your eyes. If you're somebody who wants to cut a crease, then you need something that looks like a cartoon paint brush. I use Shubu or Mora, who's not in the States anymore. Unfortunately, Hakuhodo still has some of my old Mac brushes. Myth Cosmetics also makes some really amazing brushes that in my opinion are quite affordable. Cozette. You'll be obsessed.
