This week's secret ingredient is Flaxseed, which Ed says he doesn't like. We are recording this before Paul comes in - we have not interviewed him yet. He will do an impression of me within the first 20 minutes and then stare us down until we have to ask him further questions. That is a genuine prediction from Ed. And at one point he will say something that is deliberately referencing something that we have no idea what it is. I'm willing to put £50 on it now.
