The Importance of Focusing on the Things You Can't Control

Chloe: I would say it's awkward where you get a whole group of people together to test. We were testing a certain interactions within the messaging application. Younger generation really thinks of being default in applications that maybe like older generations wouldn't necessarily think we're default things. For teenagers, they all just expected like the friends or friends feature to be there so they could just go to everybody else less than just add people they know through that.
