The Crazy Cycle in Marriage Without Love
If our security is wrapped up in what our team thinks of us, then obviously we're only going to value the people that value us. If I'm insecure and I need you to feel like I'm a great leader and you don't, then I'm going to devalue you. Your value in my mind has to do with my security in what you think about me. And it's a crazy cycle that continues to perpetuate itself.
