Can I Use My Car Horn Between 11pm and 7am?
You're not allowed to use your car horn between the hours of set... 11pm and 7am. In built-up areas, there is a horn restriction at all. The sound of a horn when a vehicle is stationary is prohibited unless there is danger from a moving vehicle. There's a certain people walking their dogs at quarter to seven on a Sunday morning outside my house. But I think people not being considerate before 8am is a source of real frustration for me. Sure, every so often someone's going to have a few friends around and put some lead zep on the deck. And they've been listening to Clodid. Yes.
