The Importance of Sleep Study
I generally like have pretty bad sleep. So it kind of just takes like a couple hours for me to like fully wake up and then I'm like good to go. Anything more than six doesn't really seem to help me either. My dad had one done and he had, you know, got a CPAP machine or whatever and it like totally changed his life. If you can get your insurance to cover it, definitely I'd recommend getting one doneJust like have the analytical data and like the input from a sleep scientist about what's going on.
