The Apostles and Prophets Are Foundations

i believe god's toring the fivefold ministry, because he wants to change the world. Abraham was looking for a city that had foundations and whose builder and maker was god. I believe that is an apostolic city. And i think the challenge with apostles and prophets is that i just seems so spiritual,. Why wouldn't you want an apostle and prophet? Like, why wouldn’t you want the foundation of the church in the and the 20 first century church?Why wold we just want why e just want teachers, pastors and evangelists?
