How to Retain Nonresponsive Patients
Dentist: There's a good 15, 18, sometimes 20% of your patients who are nonresponsive. We could have a false belief in says because they've moved, died or gone to another dentist,. But that belief may not be true and so one of the things we look at is recall retention. So if you do fluoride and add fluoride in as well, there's your adult recall exam.
